For many clients with non-conventional insurance programmes, the major cost item in relation to their motor fleet is the claims cost, not the risk transfer premium, so it is key that claims costs are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.

RECLAIM is able to provide a range of stand-alone motor claims handling services including third party property damage, injury claims management and various ULR arrangements.

In addition, RECLAIM has the ability to enhance and broaden the range of services available to its clients through a number of strategic partnerships.

Accident Management: RECLAIM are also able to facilitate a comprehensive service where an Accident Management company receives the initial incident notification from the driver and pro-actively manages the physical repair process whilst routing all third party liability and contentious claims direct to RECLAIM to manage.

The core elements are a high level service and competitive pricing. Every repair is cost managed and approved by a fully trained in-house engineer and the Accident Management company also provide the driver with full replacement vehicle options as agreed with the client, all at no cost to the client.

RECLAIM will be responsible for ensuring a full interchange of information to facilitate and support comprehensive management and financial reporting tailored to the clients requirements. 

Fraud Detection and Investigative Services: It is essential that any claims management company is aware of the moral and financial implication of fraudulent claims. Detection is the most important aspect of a counter fraud strategy and all our case handlers are \'fraud aware\' and receive continuous training in the identification of suspicious claims throughout the claims cycle.

We use specialist investigators to address suspected fraudulent claims through to resolution and have set up our own fraud database for intelligence gathering. We are also currently considering access to a fraud database that will enhance our ability to identify fraudulent claimants at an early stage.

Pan European Motor Claims Management: RECLAIM are in the process of developing both a potential Accident Management solution for Europe, as well as linking in key Marsh staff from our European network to provide actual Motor Claims Handling capability.
