Accident Management: In association with FMG Support, RECLAIM is also able to facilitate a comprehensive service where FMG Support receive the initial incident notification from the driver and pro-actively manage the physical repair process whilst routing all third party liability and contentious claims direct to RECLAIM to manage. Fraud detection and Investigative Services: It is essential that any claims management company is aware of the moral and financial implication of fraudulent claims. Detection is the most important aspect of a counter fraud strategy and all our case handlers are \'fraud aware\' and receive continuous training in the identification of suspicious claims throughout the claims cycle. We use specialist investigators to address suspected fraudulent claims through to resolution and have set up our own fraud database for intelligence gathering. We are also currently considering access to a fraud database that will enhance our ability to identify fraudulent claimants at an early stage. Rehabilitation: RECLAIM\'s claims management service also offers a fully integrated case management service for injury claims via a partnership with Medisure, Marsh\'s specialist provider. This partnership enables RECLAIM\'s clients to benefit from the effects of early medical intervention and rehabilitation on their employees or, where possible, third party claimants.
